Instructions for Downloading Audio Files -- Audio messages are now available in the MP3 format.  They may be listened to or downloaded using the Microsoft Windows Media Player or other media player of your choice. Click on Audio of the message you wish to copy to your computer.  As the message begins to play Click on "File" then Click on "Save As" and in the "Save in:" box, enter the folder name where you want to save the file, then click "Save".  Once the file has downloaded you may stop the playback and exit the media player.  Warning -- Audio files are quite large and will take an extremely long time to download unless you have a high-speed Internet connection.  If you have any questions, or need assistance, please Click Here to send us your question or problem.
